| Automated material handling and grinding operation for three (3) different part types. A six-axis floor mounted robot transfers parts from an inbound carrier to the grinding station. The robot performs a dedicated grinding profile on each part with compliance in the end-effect and grinding belt to account for part-to-part tolerances. Completed parts are loaded to an outbound carrier. Operator interface panel allows for easy selection of multiple standard part setup recipes and quantities. |
