| Automated assembly and packaging cell including rotary load dial and ISTHMUS linear indexer. Operator loads over-molded sensor components onto load dial for automated processing of final assembly, test and packaging. Sensor leads are trimmed and Sub-components including an O-ring and housing are bowl fed, oriented and assembled at linear indexed stations. Final assemblies are tested then packaged in carrier strips. |
