Sheet Metal Liner Assembly

This custom automation system provides  material handling, fixturing and fastening of large sheet metal assemblies. An operator loads components onto main rotary dial fixtures, where the assembly is secured for fastening. To finish assembly, robots execute a programmed pattern, positioning fastening tools as required. Completed assemblies are automatically transferred to manual finishing conveyor spur for subsequent operations.
